Having difficult employees can impact your business in a negative way. Learn effective tips on how to turn things around with your staff and business. NOTE: To book this service, please email jamelah@jhcareercoaching.com. This workshop will be offered by request only. The session is for 3 hours total, with a 10-minute break. HOW WILL THE TRAININGS HELP GROW MY BUSINESS? Taking advantage of business training will assist with increasing sales, building and maintaining professional relationships using proper etiquette, increasing morale, keeping staff motivated, positive overview of your personal brand as an entrepreneur and show your customers/clients that you go over and beyond when it comes to doing business. DO YOU OFFER ON-SITE TRAININGS FOR MULTIPLE STAFF MEMBERS? Yes, however; travel location is limited to trainers' discretion. Please email jamelah@jhcareercoaching.com to inquire about this option. WILL THE WORKSHOP JUST INCLUDE ME OR OTHERS AS WELL? The virtual session can include up to 9 other entrepreneurs. There will be time after the session to network if prefer to stay online longer. If would like to utilize session just for your staff only, please email jamelah@jhcareercoaching.com to inquire about this option. CAN I CANCEL MY SESSION OR RE-SCHEDULE IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY AND RECEIVE A REFUND? Yes, full refunds will be issued to cancellations given at least 24-hours in advance if prefer not to reschedule. Please save confirmation email at checkout for follow-up instructions. In the event cancellations are not done within 24-hours, please call 302-608-0690 to reschedule for another date and time. CAN I SPLIT A SESSION? i.e. 1.5 hours over 2 days. Please mention in comments section at check-out if this method is preferred. It's not a guarantee but the coach will advise, if possible, based on calendar availability. Recommend reaching out to coach first before booking service. HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION? Certificates are included with all sessions. Attendee(s) will receive certificate via email within 24-hours from completion of session. The certificates can be uploaded to social media platforms, website as well printed to showcase in your place of business.
